No, it is not strawberry nor any other red-berry. It is - drumroll please - watermelon jam . It tastes quite nice, the smell is a bit unusual, however. It is very sweet, so you can reduce the amount of sugar which you use. I did it without sugar. If you do like me, keep it in the fridge.
