No, it is not  strawberry nor any other red-berry. It is - drumroll please - watermelon jam .  It tastes quite nice, the smell is a bit unusual, however. It is very sweet, so you can reduce the amount of sugar which you use. I did it without sugar. If you do like me, keep it in the fridge. This is my last glass from 2022 - nearly one year without any problem - but it was very well closed. If you like, combine it with Kiwi jam - it looks good and tastes good together - green and red, very sweet and slightly sour (I usually don't use sugar for these jams).
